- Bring lots of single U.S. dollars with you to give as tips - you’ll be surprised how far they go
- Count your money in front of the currency exchanges before you walk away
- When exchanging money always ask for a receipt because they do make mistakes
- Exchange money on an as needed basis
- Use credit cards to get the best exchange rates
- Most businesses accept American Express, Visa and Master Card are also widely accepted

- Try to take the bus system - it’s the cheapest way to get around
